The Anusara approach to yoga
Anusara means “flowing with Grace”. This style of yoga is based on an ancient traditional philosophy celebrating the body, the mind and the heart. The performance of asanas (postures) are grounded in a deep knowledge of optimal body alignment and balanced energetic action and are spiritually inspiring.
In the teachings and practice of Anusara Yoga we learn to evoke, express and celebrate the deeper, more expansive and inclusive experiences of our self which arise from a place of self-acceptance.

Our goal is to help students become aware of their body and mind through yoga and to come into a place of balance and peace which exists in each one of us.
