WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear comfortable clothes so the teacher can see your alignment in the pose.
Classes are performed barefoot. Avoid eating a heavy meal before class.
CLASS FORMAT:
Classes start with a centering for 5-10 minutes, then move to performance of asanas( postures) with a relaxation at the end.
PYSICAL INJURIES:
Please inform the instructor before class about your physical condition or injuries so that he/ she can modify poses to suit you.
MISSED CLASSES:
Making up missed classes is strongly encouraged. Missed classes can be made up at any time during the current session. You may make up in advance of an anticipated absence.
HOLIDAYS:

INCLEMENT WEATHER/EMERGENCIES:
Class cancellations will be announced on our voicemail at 301-320-9334 at least TWO hours prior to the scheduled class. If the classes cannot be made up , free class voucher will be given out.
DROP IN FEE
Students not registered in the current session will pay a drop in fee of $20.
REFUNDS:
If we receive notification of your withdrawal in writing before the beginning of the session , you will receive a full refund. If we receive your notification the first week into the session, we will refund all tuition minus a $35 administrative fee.
NO REFUNDS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES
